Nieruchomość gruntowa oznaczona jako działka ewidencyjna nr 570/4 o pow. 2,05 ha z obrębu Tanowo, gmina Police – obszar wiejski, powiat policki, woj. zachodniopomorskie. Działka o przeznaczeniu rolniczym.  Wartość udziału wchodzącego w skład masy upadłości została określona w operacie szacunkowym sporządzonym na potrzeby postępowania upadłościowego na kwotę 37.300,00 zł.

Cena wywoławcza udziału w wysokości ½ w przedmiotowej nieruchomości wynosi: 37 300 zł

The condition for the Bidder to participate in the tender is:

a) submitting a written offer meeting the conditions of the Rules of Procedure in a closed envelope by the deadline of 11 września 2026 until 3:00 p.m..

a) paying a deposit in an amount equivalent to 10% (in words: ten per cent) of the starting price the subject of the tender specified in paragraph III, section 1 of these Regulations to the bank account kept for the Bankruptcy Estate under the number 05 1090 1926 0000 0001 6046 6562 on time do 11 września 2026 r do godziny 15:00

Syndyk informuje, iż współwłaścicielka nieruchomości posiadająca udział wynoszący 1/2 w prawie własności nieruchomości wyraziła wolę sprzedaży swojego udziału oraz udzieliła syndykowi pełnomocnictwa do podejmowania czynności zmierzających do znalezienia nabywcy dla całej nieruchomości.  Pełnomocnictwo nie obejmuje prawa do rozporządzenia udziałem współwłaścicielki.

Written bids should include:

1. the date on which the offer was made,
2. the name and surname, the name of the Bidder, the legal form, the PESEL or NIP number or the number in the National Court Register and, if there is no such number, other data enabling unambiguous identification of the Bidder, the indication of persons authorised to represent the Bidder, the mailing address, telephone number and e-mail address,
3. the purchase price offered, specifying the subject of the tender, which shall not be lower than the starting price and specifying the manner and date of its payment,
4. confirmation of payment of the deposit to the bank account of the bankruptcy estate,
5. the bank account to which the amount of the bid security is to be refunded in the event that the bid of the Bidder concerned is not selected,
6. a statement of familiarity with the factual and legal status of the subject of the tender,
7. a statement that the Tenderer is not one of the persons excluded from the possibility of submitting tenders under Paragraph V(2) of the Rules of Procedure,
8. a statement that the Bidder has read the Rules and Regulations and has no objections to their contents,
9. a statement of awareness of the consequences of the sale of the assets of the Insolvency Estate in the insolvency proceedings,
10.  a statement of undertaking to pay all costs connected with the conclusion of the contract of sale of the property,
11. a statement that you acknowledge and understand the manner in which the Receiver will inform you of the possible auction proceedings, 
12. if the tender is submitted by an agent, a copy of the power of attorney granted.
