The market value of the rights was estimated by a property appraiser for the purposes of bankruptcy proceedings as of 10 April 2024 and amounts to&nbsp;<strong>PLN 2 815000.00<\/strong>&nbsp;net plus VAT (in words: two million eight hundred and fifteen thousand zlotys 0\/100);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The asset included in the inventory under No. 3.7 in the form of: Land property developed with a complex of production buildings together with equipment permanently connected with the property within the boundaries of the plot of land with the registration number 9\/2 AM-1, with the KW number PO1Y\/00041878\/4, Bruczk\u00f3w precinct, Borek Wielkopolski commune, Gostyn county with a plot area of 21,864 m2.
