The bankruptcy trustee in bankruptcy proceedings conducted against Stanis\u0142aw Zdzieb\u0142ko, conducting business activity under the name FACH-INSTYTUT Stanis\u0142aw Zdzieb\u0142ko in Kamienna G\u00f3ra in bankruptcy, offers for sale a share in the amount of \u00bd in the ownership right to a developed land property located in Bolk\u00f3w at ul. Wysokog\u00f3rska 14<\/strong> on plot number 679\/2 with an area of 0.5838 ha. The plot of land is developed with a building under construction. According to the project, the building is an \"Automotive Research and Development Centre with catering facilities\", with subsequent changes to the project. In the northern part of the plot there is a manoeuvring area and parking spaces. The District Court in Kamienna G\u00f3ra keeps the Land and Mortgage Register under number LE1K\/00010021\/5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The condition for the Bidder to participate in the tender is:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

a) submitting a written offer meeting the conditions of the Rules of Procedure in a closed envelope by the deadline of 23 pa\u017adziernika<\/strong> 2026<\/strong> until 3:00 p.m.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
