In short, Ma\u0142gorzata Anisimowicz, who has been restructuring failing companies for over 14 years <a href=\"https:\/\/pmrsa.pl\/en\/restructuring-as-a-salvation-for-companies-from-lower-silesia\/\" data-wpil-monitor-id=\"864\">companies from Lower Silesia<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"ramka1\">&quot;I prefer the term <a href=\"https:\/\/pmrsa.pl\/en\/the-restructuring-advisor-provides-support-and-obtains-the-necessary-funds\/\" data-wpil-monitor-id=\"2059\">restructuring advisor<\/a>. I don&#039;t just lead processes <a href=\"https:\/\/pmrsa.pl\/en\/can-a-creditor-file-for-bankruptcy-of-debtor-2\/\" data-wpil-monitor-id=\"1144\">bankruptcy of companies in order to satisfy creditors as much as possible<\/a>, but where possible, I renew and restructure the company\u2019s operations so that it regains financial stability and can continue to compete in the market.\u201d<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">- Ma\u0142gorzata Anisimowicz sums up her work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Currently a recognized trustee, she decided to break with the convention of working in her own law firm, as has been the case in her industry so far. The development of the activity and the increase of the scope of its services was possible thanks to the joining of forces with Maciej Roch Pietrzak, who ran law offices in Warsaw, \u0141\u00f3d\u017a and Kalisz. However, the joint banner is only the beginning of an ambitious strategy for the development of the market of services in the field of restructuring consulting. The founders of PMR Restrukturyzacje assure that they will soon open more partner branches of PMR, also abroad. The plans concern offices in Germany and Great Britain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Opening a network of law firms is a pioneering idea in the receivership industry, but Ma\u0142gorzata Anisimowicz is confident that it is a good decision. She stresses that the demand for professional restructuring advisors continues to grow as companies continue to expand and require more advanced organisational, legal and financial solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"ramka1\">\"I have been active in this field for over 14 years running my own law firm. I have conducted dozens of proceedings, including business recovery processes, mainly in the Lower Silesia region. Practising business in this part of Poland is a true art of survival, but also a lens of business diversity. The region is the cradle of heavy industry (e.g. electromechanical, automotive), but the most promising are high technologies and business services. This requires specialisation in a number of distinct industries, but also offers opportunities for the development of unique skills. After the commencement of bankruptcy proceedings in the liquidation option, she managed to start a business and resume production. As a result of the restructuring actions undertaken, it was possible to separate a strategic part of the plant from the enterprise located on several hectares of land. The company, reduced in size, without assets that negatively affected its profitability, gained significantly in value. Negotiations with investors brought a solution - a buyer was selected for the organized part of the enterprise - MINEX Centrala Eksportowo-Importowa SA. The glassworks operates to this day, being the industry leader in the region. It employs over 200 employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Crystal glass factory \"Violetta\" in Stronie \u015al\u0105skie<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Another challenge is the leisure and recreation facility Hotel Las in Piechowice. Ma\u0142gorzata Anisimowicz, in her role as receiver, manages the hotel and carries out restructuring activities in all areas, working to ensure the highest possible coverage of creditors. The receiver took over the hotel with no financial resources, yet she has managed to maintain the hotel's operations and even increase its efficiency. Thanks to her innovative approach to restructuring, the profitability results show that the company can grow and increase its value in the near future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"ramka1\">&quot;I am currently focusing on current operations. Work is required not only on the financial side, but also on organizational aspects, e.g. working with staff, constantly improving the quality of services, and promoting the facility.
