This is likely to be PMR Restructuring. The company's main shareholder and Monika Nowakowska, who is cooperating with him, want the same law firm to formally take over as manager also in Dayla and allow the managers pulled in by RDM Partners to act.<\/p>\n<p>Romuald Kalyciok is in conflict with <a href=\"https:\/\/pmrsa.pl\/en\/restructuring-as-a-way-to-deal-with-the-problems-of-local-government-companies\/\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"176\">Zimmerman Filipiak Restructuring Company<\/a>, who was appointed administrator of the restructuring proceedings in February.
