Since the beginning of the year, the restructuring law has been in force, which has resulted in changes to bankruptcy law. In the event of bankruptcy, employees are still preferential creditors, but thanks to the legal changes, their chances of keeping their jobs and recovering their debts are increasing.<\/p>\n
