On Monday, the court granted this request.<\/p>\n<p>After the cancellation <a href=\"https:\/\/pmrsa.pl\/en\/it-is-possible-to-carry-out-the-rehabilitation-of-hawe-and-hawe-telekom-at-the-same-time\/\">The liquidation bankruptcy of Hawe is becoming more and more likely<\/a>. However, as reported by Puls Biznesu, the company intends to file an appeal against the court&#039;s decision.<\/p>\n<p>The restructuring proceedings in relation to the company are still ongoing. <a href=\"https:\/\/pmrsa.pl\/en\/mediatel-appeals-against-the-resolution-of-the-creditors-council-regarding-the-change-of-the-administrator-of-hawe-telekom\/\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"1428\">Hawe Telekom<\/a>, a company that Hawe controls through Mediatela. In this case, the role of the manager is played by the law firm PMR Restrukturyzacje.<\/p>\n<p>Since May last year, Hawe has not redeemed five series of bonds. A subsidiary has also failed to repay debt securities. <a href=\"https:\/\/pmrsa.pl\/en\/hawe-telekom-does-not-want-to-sell-for-next-to-nothing\/\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"1457\">Hawe Telekom<\/a>.
