FITEN SA, which operates on the electricity and natural gas market, published a report for the first half of 2016, in which, in addition to the increase in revenues, it showed a loss caused, among others, by the difficult situation on the wholesale market. In order to protect the Company and its stakeholders, the Management Board decided on the necessity restructuring<\/a> entity. As he emphasizes \u2013 the current situation will not affect the implementation of deliveries to end users, which will proceed without disruptions.<\/p>\n

\u2013 The main assumption of the planned restructuring<\/a> is the stable development of the business conducted by the Company, and the need for restructuring itself results from events beyond our control, as a result of which, without the initiation of protective proceedings, the threat of insolvency would very likely occur.
