On 1 August, at the company's request, sanitation proceedings were opened, dictated by the need to protect the rights and interests of the company, its counterparties and shareholders.<\/p>\n<p>At a meeting organized by the company for the company&#039;s partners, they were able to learn about the company&#039;s restructuring plan. As was often mentioned during the meeting, Polish restructuring law has only been in force since the beginning of this year. As a result, Action SA is one of the first such large business entities to be subject to it. The company&#039;s management sees its current situation as a contribution to the changes that are necessary to maintain its competitiveness on the Polish distribution market. Returning to the sources, <a href=\"https:\/\/pmrsa.pl\/en\/the-effects-of-coronavirus-will-be-felt-not-only-by-small-companies-but-also-by-sellers-of-durable-goods-at-risk\/\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"1990\">the company wants to pay much more attention to proposing an appropriate offer to small<\/a> and medium-sized independent stores, so that they have a chance in the unequal price fight with retail chains and the e-commerce market.<\/p>\n<p>To learn more about Polish restructuring law, the guests had the opportunity to listen to a lecture by Maciej Roch Pietrzak \u2013 president <a href=\"https:\/\/pmrsa.pl\/en\/difficult-quarter-fiten-sa-board-decides-to-restructure\/\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"1620\">management board and restructuring advisor at PMR Restrukturyzacje<\/a>. He discussed with simple examples <a href=\"https:\/\/pmrsa.pl\/en\/restructuring-law-has-been-saving-polish-companies-for-a-year\/\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"1495\">polish restructuring law<\/a> and
