Mediatel and its subsidiary Hawe Telekom have signed a letter of intent with Huawei Poland regarding cooperation in technological, commercial and financial support. A detailed agreement is planned to be signed by the end of May, Mediatel said in a release.<\/p>\n

The companies announce close cooperation on the Polish market. It assumes, among others, active support from Huawei in the development Hawe Group<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u2013 \u201cWe want to use our unique experience in working with Polish companies<\/a> telecommunications. (\u2026) we will help find partners who could financially support the projects and activities of the Hawe capital group. We believe that this will contribute to increasing our share in the Polish market in the field of telecommunications infrastructure solutions," said Johnny Zhang, director of the Enterprise Business Group at Huawei Polska, quoted in the release.<\/div>\n
\u2013 \u201cI am convinced that acquiring such a strong partner will strengthen our market power Hawe Telekom<\/a>. Of course, at this stage of our development, the most important aspect for us is the potential acquisition of new financing for the Hawe capital group. This would allow company for rapid growth<\/a>, increase revenues, and more effectively meet the expectations of our investors," added Pawe\u0142 Paluchowski, President of Mediatel.\n<\/div>\n

Technological cooperation is to include, among others, certification and training of personnel Hawe Telekom<\/a> in the scope of servicing and implementing Huawei technology, as well as creating a training and reference center based on the resources of the Polish company's telecommunications infrastructure. The parties to the agreement also assume joint implementation of projects as part of announced tenders, e.g. regarding the expansion of telecommunications infrastructure.
\nMediatel and Huawei plan to sign a detailed agreement for a long-term partnership.<\/p>\n
