Growing problems will not resolve themselves.<\/p>\n<p><i>\u2014 It is important to notice the symptoms of the crisis and realize that <a href=\"https:\/\/pmrsa.pl\/en\/restructuring-law-still-few-companies-benefit-from-the-aid\/\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"2134\">the company needs help<\/a>. This is the key to success. Working on <a href=\"https:\/\/pmrsa.pl\/en\/the-restructuring-architecture-must-be-tailored-to-the-2\/\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"659\">the architecture of the process of necessary restructuring<\/a> is often associated with a change in the current business model \u2014 admits Ma\u0142gorzata Anisimowicz, president of PMR Restrukturyzacje.<\/i><\/p>\n<p>The purpose of all the indicated procedures and tools, recommended by the provisions of the Restructuring Law, is to avoid the announcement <a href=\"https:\/\/pmrsa.pl\/en\/does-filing-for-bankruptcy-suspend-enforcement-2\/\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"1191\">bankruptcy<\/a> companies. An alternative to this scenario is <a href=\"https:\/\/pmrsa.pl\/en\/quick-restructuring-come-to-an-agreement-with-creditors\/\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"843\">restructuring through an arrangement with creditors<\/a>. How to achieve this?<\/p>\n<p><i>- By preparing a restructuring plan indicating to creditors and the court the company's current situation, the causes of the crisis, viable and credible ways out of the crisis, related costs, types and sources of financing, forecasts of results and a timetable for the implementation of corrective measures, Ma\u0142gorzata Anisimowicz enumerates.<\/i><\/p>\n<p><b>Alternatives to bankruptcy<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The form of the arrangement between a company in crisis and its creditors depends on the type of settlement it requests. <a href=\"https:\/\/pmrsa.pl\/en\/who-is-who-in-restructuring-and-bankruptcy-proceedings-part-2\/\">restructuring proceedings<\/a>. By entering into negotiations to conclude an arrangement, the company&#039;s management must ensure the achievement of two goals: repayment of receivables and ensuring <a href=\"https:\/\/pmrsa.pl\/en\/what-ideas-do-companies-have-to-survive-the-crisis\/\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"342\">the company&#039;s prospects for overcoming the crisis<\/a> and getting back on track.<\/p>\n<p><i>\u2014 These goals are not contradictory, but quite the opposite. Although the creditors want their liabilities to be repaid, the company wants to overcome <a href=\"https:\/\/pmrsa.pl\/en\/whats-next-for-the-transport-industry-will-2024-be-the-end-of-the-crisis-in-the-industry\/\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"190\">crisis and beyond<\/a> develop. This is the area where we operate as a restructuring advisor. Taking control of the crisis situation, <a href=\"https:\/\/pmrsa.pl\/en\/step-7-creation-of-a-layout-proposal\/\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"26\">creation of arrangement proposals<\/a>, which are based on the realities of the company&#039;s operations, are a success for the debtor&#039;s company, its creditors, and the state treasury, because the employer pays taxes while developing its company - argues Ma\u0142gorzata Anisimowicz. <\/i><\/p>\n<p><b>Interest of creditors <\/b><\/p>\n<p>Success of the activities <a href=\"https:\/\/pmrsa.pl\/en\/what-is-a-partial-system\/\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"1190\">restructuring and arrangement<\/a> is a derivative of interdisciplinary knowledge (economic, legal, management) of the entire team of experts and practitioners supporting the company in preparing a strategy to return to effective operation.
