The Ministry of Justice launched the National Debt Register (KRZ) in early December 2021. For the first time, key data and documents regarding bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings were to be in one place. The entire process was to be much faster and simpler. But so far, the project has had one mishap after another. Court employees, creditors and restructuring advisors<\/a>.
\nFault after fault
\n- The removed defects are constantly replaced with new ones. This is the feeling of both us, as restructuring advisors, and the employees of the courts, with whom we are in constant contact. It is a great pity that in this version the system was not allowed for practical tests, during which many shortcomings could be eliminated - says Ma\u0142gorzata Anisimowicz, qualified restructuring advisor and president of PMR Restructuring Management Board<\/a>. \n\u2013 The effectiveness of the repair procedure depends to a large extent on the speed of action and smooth document circulation. In a situation where a single file cannot be added to the system or a given person is not provided with the necessary authorizations, the process stops, which works to the detriment of the debtor<\/a> \u2013 says Ma\u0142gorzata Anisimowicz. \u2013 Unfortunately, in the case of KRZ, similar situations are multiplying \u2013 she adds.<\/p>\n
