The Swedish company has decided to close the plant, which produces bus bodies.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The company said the decision was motivated by negative global market developments in the bus segment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The factory is scheduled to close in the first quarter of 2024 and the company authorities have indicated that they are starting talks with the trade unions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Scania is another automotive company that has recently announced mass redundancies.
