Its implementation should be considered if the company still has the potential to regenerate, the debts are controlled to the point where there is a possibility to restructure them and if the company has a strategy to improve its financial performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The main premise of bankruptcy, on the other hand, is the lack of prospects for continued operations,<\/strong> and in the course of it, in principle, the sale of assets and the winding up of the business takes place. Its implementation should be considered when <a href=\"https:\/\/pmrsa.pl\/en\/beware-of-debt-collection-companies-demanding-repayment-of-old-debts\/\" title=\"\">the company has neither the capacity nor the ability to pay its debts<\/a>The debt burden is not sustainable, nor is there any prospect of improvement in the financial situation, or when the corrective measures taken do not have the desired effect and the debt is mounting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The choice between <a href=\"https:\/\/pmrsa.pl\/en\/instead-of-bankruptcy-restructuring\/\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"510\">restructuring and bankruptcy<\/a> depends on the analysis of the specific, individual financial situation of the company.<\/strong> If there is a chance of improvement and viable rescue plans, restructuring is worth considering. Conversely, however, if the company is in serious trouble and there is no prospect of a rebound, bankruptcy may be a necessity. G\u0142\u00f3wna przes\u0142ank\u0105 upad\u0142o\u015bci jest natomiast brak perspektyw na kontynuacj\u0119 dzia\u0142alno\u015bci, a w jej trakcie co do zasady dochodzi do sprzeda\u017cy aktyw\u00f3w i zako\u0144czenia dzia\u0142alno\u015bci. Jej wdro\u017cenie nale\u017cy rozwa\u017cy\u0107, gdy firma nie ma ani mo\u017cliwo\u015bci sp\u0142aty d\u0142ug\u00f3w, ani perspektyw na popraw\u0119 sytuacji finansowej, albo kiedy podejmowane dzia\u0142ania naprawcze nie przynosz\u0105 oczekiwanych efekt\u00f3w, a zad\u0142u\u017cenie narasta. Wyb\u00f3r mi\u0119dzy restrukturyzacj\u0105 a upad\u0142o\u015bci\u0105 zale\u017cy od analizy konkretnej, indywidualnej sytuacji finansowej przedsi\u0119biorstwa. Je\u015bli istnieje szansa na popraw\u0119 i realne plany ratunkowe, warto rozwa\u017cy\u0107 restrukturyzacj\u0119.
