Offer to sell real estate in bankruptcy proceedings of Małgorzata Kujundzić in bankruptcy.

The bankruptcy trustee of the Debtor Małgorzata Kujuńdzić in bankruptcy in bankruptcy proceedings conducted before the District Court in Jelenia Góra, 5th Commercial Division, Case No. JG1J/GUp/1/2022, offers for sale, by written submission of bids, in a single-source written tender, the following property of the debtor:

1. Property with inventory number 2.2 – ½ share in the real estate with the KW number JG1B/00032904/0, real estate located in Szczytnica 2, 59-720 Raciborowice Górne, plots no. 133/5, 134/3, 134/6 with a total area of 0.449 ha, with an estimated value of PLN 653,650.00;
2. Property with inventory number 2.5 – ½ share in the real estate with KW number JG1Z/00007690/3, plot no. 254, 59-930 Dłużyna Górna, area 0.7699 ha, estimated value PLN 94,500.00;
3. Property with inventory number 2.6 – ½ share in the land property with the KW number JG1Z/15012/6, agricultural property without buildings located in Dłużyna Górna, plot no. 255, 257 with a total area of 2.0878 ha, with an estimated value of PLN 38,400.00;
4. Property with inventory number 2.7 – ½ share in the real estate with the KW number KA1Y/00015890/6 address: 5 Tetmajera Street, Bytom, plot no. 831/15 with an area of 0.2935 ha, with an estimated value of PLN 326,897.00

The starting prices for the properties in question are:

1. Property with inventory number 2.2 – ½ share in the property with the land and mortgage register number JG1B/00032904/0, starting price: 195,000.00 PLNN;
2. Property with inventory number 2.5 – ½ share in the property with the land and mortgage register number JG1Z/00007690/3, starting price: 26,250.00 PLN;
3. Property with inventory number 2.6 ½ share in the land property with the land and mortgage register number JG1Z/15012/6, starting price 11,250.00 PLN;
4. Property with inventory number 2.7 – ½ share in the property with the KW number KA1Y/00015890/6, starting price: 90,000.00 PLN

It is a condition of the bidder's entry into the tender that:

a) submitting a written offer meeting the conditions of the Rules of Procedure in a closed envelope by the deadline of August 7, 2026, 3:00 p.m..

a) paying a deposit in an amount equivalent to 10% (in words:ten per cent) of the starting price the tender items specified in paragraph III section 1 of the Regulations to the bank account kept for the bankruptcy estate under the number 96 1090 1926 0000 0001 5056 6268 on time until August 7, 2026, 3:00 p.m.

Written bids should include:

1. the date on which the offer was made,
2. the name and surname, the name of the Bidder, the legal form, the PESEL or NIP number or the number in the National Court Register and, if there is no such number, other data enabling unambiguous identification of the Bidder, the indication of persons authorised to represent the Bidder, the mailing address, telephone number and e-mail address,
3. the purchase price offered, specifying the subject of the tender, which shall not be lower than the starting price and specifying the manner and date of its payment,
4. confirmation of payment of the deposit to the bank account of the bankruptcy estate,
5. the bank account to which the amount of the bid security is to be refunded in the event that the bid of the Bidder concerned is not selected,
6. a statement of familiarity with the factual and legal status of the subject of the tender,
7. a statement that the Tenderer is not one of the persons excluded from the possibility of submitting tenders under Paragraph V(2) of the Rules of Procedure,
8. a statement that the Bidder has read the Rules and Regulations and has no objections to their contents,
9. a statement of awareness of the consequences of the sale of the assets of the Insolvency Estate in the insolvency proceedings,
10.  a statement of undertaking to pay all costs connected with the conclusion of the contract of sale of the property,
11. a statement that you acknowledge and understand the manner in which the Receiver will inform you of the possible auction proceedings, 
12. if the tender is submitted by an agent, a copy of the power of attorney granted.
