Bankruptcy trustee in the bankruptcy proceedings against Mateusz Chwirała in bankruptcy, offers for sale:

  1. Real estate with inventory number 2.1 in the form of a 1/8 share in a real estate plot with a single-family residential building located at Opatówek, 2B Św. Jana Street, Opatówek Commune, Kalisz County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, Land and Mortgage Register no. KZ1A/00039292/3, on plot with cadastral number no. 285/9. The area of the plot is 0.2604 ha. The value of the share according to the valuation report of November 5, 2025 is PLN 76,600.
  2. Real estate with inventory number 2.2 in the form of a 1/8 share in a land property with an area of 0.1417 ha, cadastral plot number 285/14, district No. 0001 City of Opatówek, located at Św. Jana Street, Opatówek Commune, Kalisz County, Greater Poland Voivodeship and Land and Mortgage Register number KZ1A/00045960/2. The value of the share according to the valuation report of February 13, 2026 is PLN 21,170.

The starting price for the properties in question is:

  1. Property with inventory number 2.1 – 1/8 share in the real estate with the KW number KZ1A/00039292/3, starting price: 76,600 PLN
  2. Property with inventory number 2.2 – 1/8 share in the property with the land and mortgage register number KW KZ1A/00045960/2, starting price: 21,170 PLN

Priority during the procedure will be given to offers providing for the purchase of all the properties listed above, provided that they also constitute, after taking into account all the submitted offers, the most advantageous purchase option taking into account the sales price and the expected duration of the liquidation proceedings.

The condition for the Bidder to participate in the tender is:

    a) submitting a written offer meeting the conditions of the Rules of Procedure in a closed envelope by the deadline of August 7 2026 until 3:00 p.m..

    a) paying a deposit in an amount equivalent to 10% (in words: ten per cent) of the starting price the subject of the tender specified in paragraph III, section 1 of these Regulations to the bank account kept for the Bankruptcy Estate under the number 33 1090 1926 0000 0001 6046 6931 on time until August 7, 2026, 3:00 p.m.

    Written bids should include:

    1. the date on which the offer was made,
    2. the name and surname, the name of the Bidder, the legal form, the PESEL or NIP number or the number in the National Court Register and, if there is no such number, other data enabling unambiguous identification of the Bidder, the indication of persons authorised to represent the Bidder, the mailing address, telephone number and e-mail address,
    3. the purchase price offered, specifying the subject of the tender, which shall not be lower than the starting price and specifying the manner and date of its payment,
    4. confirmation of payment of the deposit to the bank account of the bankruptcy estate,
    5. the bank account to which the amount of the bid security is to be refunded in the event that the bid of the Bidder concerned is not selected,
    6. a statement of familiarity with the factual and legal status of the subject of the tender,
    7. a statement that the Tenderer is not one of the persons excluded from the possibility of submitting tenders under Paragraph V(2) of the Rules of Procedure,
    8. a statement that the Bidder has read the Rules and Regulations and has no objections to their contents,
    9. a statement of awareness of the consequences of the sale of the assets of the Insolvency Estate in the insolvency proceedings,
    10.  a statement of undertaking to pay all costs connected with the conclusion of the contract of sale of the property,
    11. a statement that you acknowledge and understand the manner in which the Receiver will inform you of the possible auction proceedings
    12. if the tender is submitted by an agent, a copy of the power of attorney granted.
